Drenched: See which Southern Wisconsin communities got the most rain this week!

Southern Wisconsin got a serious soaking over the past few days, with multiple rounds of rain bringing well over an inch to the Milwaukee area. The city of Milwaukee itself saw a total of 1.7 inches of rain, with the wettest single 24-hour period bringing 0.88 inches between Wednesday and Thursday morning.

Here is how the rainfall broke down across the region:

Wednesday, Sept. 30 to Thursday, Oct. 1:
Platteville: 1.13 inches
Madison: 1.08 inches
Janesville: 0.93 inches
Wisconsin Dells: 0.92 inches
Milwaukee: 0.88 inches
Juneau: 0.77 inches
Sheboygan: 0.63 inches
Fond du Lac: 0.58 inches
Kenosha: 0.51 inches
Tomah: 0.15 inches

Thursday, Oct. 1 to Friday, Oct. 2:
Kenosha: 1.3 inches
Sheboygan: 0.89 inches
Milwaukee: 0.61 inches
Juneau: 0.54 inches
Janesville: 0.53 inches
Madison: 0.48 inches
Platteville: 0.24 inches
Fond du Lac: 0.23 inches
Wisconsin Dells: 0.2 inches
Green Bay: 0.17 inches
