Seahawks vs 49ers Week 5 Inactives: Holani Cleared, Bosa and Juszczyk Out
The Seahawks are bringing back running back George Holani for their Week 5 matchup against the 49ers, despite him nursing a rib injury and a knee issue that kept him limited in practice. Holani will join the backfield with Emanuel Wilson and Velus Jones Jr., while newly signed Robert Henry Jr. sits out. On the defensive side, Leonard Williams is good to go after fully practicing, and safety Ty Okada makes his season debut. The only Seahawk inactive due to injury is linebacker Chazz Surratt, with receivers Irv Charles and running back Zach Charbonnet also ruled out. For the 49ers, it’s a tough blow as they’ll be without defensive end Nick Bosa, fullback Kyle Juszczyk, safety Marques Sigle, and defensive tackle James Thompson. However, cornerback Upton Stout and defensive end Mykel Williams are active despite being listed as questionable.
