Sooryavanshi in, India win toss again
Shreyas Iyer’s good record at the toss continued as India again got the choice to do what they wanted. They chose the same as in the first T20I because dew played a significant part towards the end of the match.
As expected, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi came in for the injured Ishan Kishan. India also got Prince Yadav in for Mayank Yadav.
New Zealand made one change: Jacob Duffy in for Adam Milne. No particular reason for it. Just rotation with the amount of cricket to come.
India 1 Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson (wk), 3 Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, 4 Shreyas Iyer (capt.), 5 Tilak Varma, 6 Naman Dhir, 7 Nitish Kumar Reddy, 8 Axar Patel, 9 Bhuvneshwar Kumar, 10 Arshdeep Singh, 11 Prince Yadav
