Kim Kardashian is taking Halloween inspiration from her own daughter!
The 45-year-old reality star transformed into her 13-year-old daughter North West for an early Halloween costume, recreating her signature blue hair and edgy personal style.
Kim showed off the transformation in an Instagram post shared on Tuesday (October 20), giving fans a look at her take on North‘s distinctive appearance.

For the costume, Kim wore a long, straight turquoise blue wig resembling the bright hair North has been sporting in recent months.
She completed the look with dramatic eyelashes, dark eye makeup, a black graphic shirt, black-and-white striped sleeves and chunky jewelry.
The SKIMS founder also showed off long decorated nails and posed for the camera while holding her phone, recreating the kind of social media videos North frequently shares.
The costume is a playful reversal for the mother-daughter duo, who have previously dressed up together for Halloween.
Earlier this month, Kim and North discussed some of the attention surrounding the teenager’s fashion choices during a TikTok livestream.
North addressed criticism of her appearance, while Kim defended her daughter’s interest in expressing herself through fashion.
“Stop saying I’m demonic. No, I’m not. Just because I like to dress this way, don’t judge a book by its cover,” North said.
“Yeah, I feel like people say that because of the black grills and just, like, piercings and stuff,” Kim said to her daughter, who questioned why those choices were associated with being demonic.
“I don’t think people really get it, but do you care?” Kim continued.
Kim Kardashian and North West’s Previous Halloween Costumes
This isn’t the first time the mother and daughter have celebrated Halloween with a coordinated look.
In 2023, Kim and North dressed as Cher and Dionne from Clueless, recreating the characters’ memorable outfits from the 1995 movie.
North has also previously dressed up as her father, Kanye West, including a Halloween costume inspired by the bear mascot from his Graduation album.
This year, however, Kim is the one taking inspiration from her daughter.
