Light showers are moving ashore this morning, but otherwise, it’s a comfortable start to the day.
Temperatures are once again hovering around 70 degrees.
Cooler mornings are on the way. Starting tomorrow, temperatures are expected to fall into the low 60s, with some communities north of town potentially dipping into the 50s.
Afternoon temperatures will remain steady, with highs near 80 degrees through the weekend.

A low-pressure area is forecast to form off the Mid-Atlantic coast.
