Sky just dropped the news that Crystal Lake, the new series from A24 and showrunner Brad Caleb Kane, is hitting Sky and NOW on Monday, October 19th. This eight-episode show stars Linda Cardellini as Pam Voorhees, a mom who’s still torn up over her son Jason drowning in the lake a year ago. When two strangers start poking around her past, things take a turn in Crystal Lake, leaving everyone wondering who Pam really is. The cast includes William Catlett, Devin Kessler, and others, mixing suspense, mystery, and heart into the Friday the 13th story. Kane is teaming up with original writer Victor Miller and A24 to bring this prequel to life, with a bunch of exec producers on board. Sky grabbed it for the UK and Ireland, so it’s exclusive to them this October.
