Lexie Hull, Aliyah Boston Have Clear Message for Indiana Fever Teammate Tyasha Harris
Aliyah Boston and Lexie Hull made sure to show their support for their injured Indiana Fever teammate Tyasha Harris.
Harris, who averaged 4.1 points, 1.1 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 39 games during the 2026 season, wasn’t able to join the Fever in the playoffs after breaking a bone in her left leg. She suffered the injury in the team’s final game of the regular season against the Minnesota Lynx.

Following the Fever’s playoff exit in the first round, Harris shared an emotional message about the year she had, highlighting that she had hoped the 2026 season would be about her major comeback after a significant knee injury in 2025.
Still, she shared her appreciation for everything that happened, adding that she had made a lot of memories for which she’s thankful.

“I was hoping this post would be about making it through my first surgery, fighting my way back, and being able to finish a healthy season. How surreal it was to play for hometown when I was a little kid in the stands cheering to now being on the court playing. Instead, God had a different plan for how this chapter would end,” Harris wrote.

“Still, I have so much to be thankful for. This season gave me memories I’ll always carry with me, and I’m grateful I got the opportunity to get back out there and play the game I love again. I definitely wish I could had finished it alongside my team, but sometimes the journey doesn’t go exactly how you pictured it.”
Boston and Hull, for their part, were among several Fever and WNBA players to comment on Harris’ post and express their love for her.

“Love you Ty,” Hull wrote.
Boston stated, “Moonlight babyy. Keep killin.”
It’s unknown if Harris will return to the Fever, especially since she’s facing a long road to recovery. The veteran guard is an unrestricted free agent, and considering Indiana’s needs in order to remain competitive, the team might not be able to afford to bring back an injured player.
Regardless, it’s clear that Harris has developed a strong bond with her Fever teammates, who continue to support her and be there for her amid an uncertain and trying time.
