Where to watch Auburn vs Georgia today: Time, TV channel for Saturday
The Auburn Tigers visit the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday for the 131st playing of the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry. If you are wondering where to watch the action live, you are in the right place.
Auburn (3-2, 1-2 SEC) returns to action on Saturday after taking last week off. The bad news is that their first opponent post-bye week is the No. 1 team in the nation, the Georgia Bulldogs (6-0, 4-0 SEC). Georgia has taken control of its rivalry with Auburn in recent years. Georgia leads the all-time series, 66-56-8, and has won nine straight games over the Tigers.

Georgia passed a big test last week by taking down No. 7 Alabama on the road, 20-17. A game of that magnitude can expose a team’s weaknesses, but the Bulldogs played nearly flawlessly against the Tide. Auburn head coach Alex Golesh knows that the Bulldogs will be tough to crack.
“So, there’s not a ton of holes that you can expose. We got to play physical as you do every week in this league. You can’t turn the football over. You got to maximize possessions. And obviously you got to try to take it away to try to create some possessions,” Golesh said. “An impressive team, extremely well coached. And obviously going on the road in that environment, that will be a huge piece of us being able to handle the crowd noise, handle the environment. Again, like a lot of weeks in this league, that’ll be a huge key to our success offensively.”

Georgia 31, Auburn 13:Auburn will enter the game refreshed after its bye week, but will still have to deal with the machine that is the Georgia Bulldogs. Georgia ranks in the top five in most major statistical categories in the SEC, except passing, where they rank No. 6 in both passing offense and defense. Auburn could try to control Georgia by hanging on to the football for the majority of the game, but Auburn averages 26:22 in time of possession compared to Georgia’s 30:33. – Taylor Jones
