Home Depot’s Viral Holiday Sweater Is Back: Here’s How to Get One – USFTB

Home Depot’s limited-edition holiday sweater was a hit at first launch, so much so it sold out in minutes. If you missed your chance to grab one, you’re getting another: The retailer is restocking the sweater on Oct. 15 at 11 a.m ET and it will only be available while supplies last. Given how fast it went the first time, you’ll want to move quickly — we don’t know if it’ll be restocked ever again. Home Depot’s holiday sweater is a festive orange-and-green knit with the retailer’s iconic logo across the chest. The standout detail is in the front pockets, which are modeled after the aprons the retailer’s employees wear — and they don’t come empty. Tucked inside is a Husky 6-in-1 screwdriver, a 25-foot tape measure, 8-inch slip joint pliers, an 850-lumen rechargeable LED headlamp, a DeWalt 9-inch torpedo level, a pack of Command clear outdoor light clips and a mechanical pencil with replacement lead.

“The faux apron at the hem of the sweater is just as practical as it is cute,” says NBC Selected senior editor Shalwah Evans. “If you’re hanging lights or trimming a tree, the apron pockets are perfect for holding tools and everything else you need. Beyond the holidays, I could see this being really handy for cleaning the gutters, hanging things around the home, or for travel — the sweater will keep you warm during a flight and the pockets are perfect for storing your phone, snacks, headphones, passport and more.”

In addition to the tools, you also get a lightly-peppermint-scented $50 Home Depot gift card with the sweater. All told, the bundle costs $29.99 but includes more than $200 worth of stuff — making this, arguably, one of the best deals of the season. It’s only available online, not in stores, and it’s one per customer.
